As the Managing Partner of Theronier Acquisitions, Genese Theronier brings a powerful and unique perspective to the world of real estate. Her philosophy is built on a deep understanding that value is not merely found but strategically created. With years of executive experience in business management, she excels at identifying assets with untapped potential and implementing the strategies necessary to maximize their performance and profitability.
Genese's expertise was sharply defined during her time as Managing Partner for Greystone Group Inc. At the helm of this premier business management company, she guided clients through critical transformations, focusing on improving operational frameworks to achieve peak efficiency and financial growth. This hands-on experience in corporate strategy is built upon a rigorous analytical background developed as a Business Analyst with International Services Inc. (ISI). Traveling across the United States, she diagnosed complex business challenges and prescribed data-driven solutions, utilizing advanced analytics and KPIs—a methodology she refined in the Advanced Analytics program at Harvard School of Business.
Genese’s career trajectory is a testament to her versatility and leadership. She began in the field of Health Sciences, where she excelled as a practitioner, a university-level instructor for nursing students, and ultimately, a manager. Her record of accomplishment is both broad and impressive, including brokering a high-value deal for a Lear 60 private jet and, in one of her most notable achievements, leading a company from significant annual losses to an 11% profit in a mere eight months.
While achieving these professional milestones, with a deep belief in God. Genese has successfully balanced the demands of her career with her family life. She is happily married and a devoted mother to four beautiful children (with her three youngest aged 8, 7, and 4), remaining deeply involved in their daily lives.

Andy Theronier
Director of Acquisitions
Andy Theronier is the Director of Acquisitions for Theronier Acquisitions Group, a premier real estate investment firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. He is a seasoned real estate principal specializing in large-scale capital formation and the strategic acquisition of institutional-grade assets throughout Florida's dynamic markets.
Throughout his distinguished career, Andy has been instrumental in some of Florida’s most significant real estate transactions. Most notably, he played a pivotal role on the capital advisory team that assisted in securing $2.4 billion in financing for the landmark Orlando World Live Smart City initiative. Complementing this large-scale financing expertise, he has a proven track record in development-focused acquisitions. He successfully orchestrated the purchase of a 30-acre parcel for the 300-unit "Bridgewater" multifamily community for his client, TrimCor, adding significant value by forging a strategic partnership with a local management firm to ensure a successful pre-development lease-up.
Prior to his current role, Andy was a Principal and Co-Founder of Greystone Group Inc. Under his leadership, the advisory firm successfully structured complex deals for a diverse and sophisticated clientele, including SJC Acquisition Group, SJD Development, the Knaack KG family office, and Palmetto Capital Group. His entrepreneurial background provides him with a unique, 360-degree perspective on deal-making, from initial sourcing and due diligence to intricate financing and closing.

As the Senior Finance Analyst for Theronier Acquisitions, Christopher is responsible for the entire investment lifecycle, from market analysis and deal sourcing to underwriting and transaction execution. He brings a disciplined and analytical approach to identifying high-value opportunities that align with the firm's strategic objectives.
Christopher’s career is distinguished by comprehensive, on-the-ground experience with both boutique investment firms and large-scale development corporations. This diverse background has given him a unique, multi-faceted perspective on managing complex projects, including value-add rehabilitations, property management optimization, and ground-up development. His expertise spans a wide range of asset classes, including single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use properties across Florida’s major Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs). This deep, localized knowledge provides Theronier Acquisitions with a distinct competitive advantage in navigating regional market dynamics.
Furthermore, as a licensed real estate broker, Christopher possesses an expert-level command of the transactional intricacies and regulatory frameworks essential to the industry. This credential underpins his sophisticated approach to deal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence, ensuring that every acquisition is strategically sound and positioned for maximum profitability. Cristin Isaacson
Senior Underwriter & Due Diligence Coordinator
Cristin orchestrates the critical path from deal diligence through closing across Theronier Acquisitions Group’s integrated platform.
She brings 10+ years of litigation support and legal operations experience spanning legal drafting, litigation strategy, document control, and court procedure to build rigorous, auditable transaction files and keep every milestone on schedule. Previously, Cristin served as Federal Government Sales Director and later Vice President within a national GSA-focused enterprise, leading growth initiatives, agency relationships, and multi-site operations. She also provides independent legal research and litigation support, managing complex calendars, filings, and document control for multi-jurisdiction matters.
At Theronier Acquisitions Group, Cristin stands up virtual data rooms, coordinates environmental and zoning reviews, tracks contingencies and closing deliverables, and partners with counsel, title, and municipal offices to ensure clean, on-time closings aligned with the firm’s four-pillar model.
A born-again Christian and active member of her church, Cristin is a proud mother to an 8-year-old son. She enjoys tennis, animal-rights initiatives, and Christian fellowship. She also supports global efforts to translate and distribute Scripture so every language community can access the Word of God, championing movements that expand biblical access where translations do not yet exist.

Senior Transaction Coordinator
Tremone Smith serves as the Senior Transactions Coordinator for Theronier Acquisitions Group, where she is responsible for ensuring the seamless and meticulous execution of every real estate transaction from contract to close. She brings a unique and highly disciplined skill set to the team, crucial for navigating the complexities of the acquisitions process.
Prior to her role at the firm, Tremone dedicated years to a demanding position within a major New York City municipal agency. In this high-volume environment, she was tasked with managing and verifying vast amounts of documentation, where precision was paramount. It was there she perfected her distinct attention to detail and an exceptional ability to identify irregularities within complex data and documents.
This forensic-level skill has transferred directly to her work at Theronier Acquisitions. As Senior Transactions Coordinator, Tremone meticulously reviews purchase agreements, title commitments, closing statements, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance, effectively safeguarding every investment. Drawn by the opportunity to spearhead the firm's Transactions Department, Tremone relocated from New York City to Palm Beach County.
Outside of the office, Tremone is an avid reader. She is also the proud mother of a daughter who is following a similar path, deeply involved in real estate management.
