Genese's expertise was sharply defined during her time as Managing Partner for Greystone Group Inc. At the helm of this premier business management company, she guided clients through critical transformations, focusing on improving operational frameworks to achieve peak efficiency and financial growth. This hands-on experience in corporate strategy is built upon a rigorous analytical background developed as a Business Analyst with International Services Inc. (ISI). Traveling across the United States, she diagnosed complex business challenges and prescribed data-driven solutions, utilizing advanced analytics and KPIs—a methodology she refined in the Advanced Analytics program at Harvard School of Business.

Genese’s career trajectory is a testament to her versatility and leadership. She began in the field of Health Sciences, where she excelled as a practitioner, a university-level instructor for nursing students, and ultimately, a manager. Her record of accomplishment is both broad and impressive, including brokering a high-value deal for a Lear 60 private jet and, in one of her most notable achievements, leading a company from significant annual losses to an 11% profit in a mere eight months.

While achieving these professional milestones, with a deep belief in God, Genese has successfully balanced the demands of her career with her family life. She is happily married and a devoted mother to four beautiful children (with her three youngest aged 8, 7, and 4), remaining deeply involved in their daily lives.

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Cristin Isaacson is the driving force behind the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic execution. She provides executive leadership across all internal departments—including Due Diligence, Accounting, Legal, Financial Analysis, Acquisitions, and Ventures—while personally directing the critical path for each transaction from diligence through a successful closing.

Cristin brings a unique and powerful blend of legal discipline and executive-level operational expertise to her role. With over a decade of experience in litigation support, she applies precision to every aspect of the acquisition lifecycle. Her background in litigation strategy and complex document control is foundational to building the rigorous, auditable transaction files that are a hallmark of Theronier's process.

Previously, Cristin honed her skills in strategic growth and complex relationship management as a Vice President within a national GSA-focused enterprise. This experience leading multi-site operations directly informs her ability to manage the firm’s integrated departments and expertly navigate partnerships with counsel, title companies, and municipal offices today.

In her role at Theronier, Cristin ensures the seamless integration of the firm's core functions, orchestrating the entire closing process while fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency internally. Her leadership insures that every deal is executed flawlessly and on schedule, in perfect alignment with the firm’s four-pillar model.

Outside of the office, Cristin is a proud mother to her son, an avid tennis player, and a passionate advocate for animal rights. A born-again Christian, she is an active member of her church and supports global initiatives focused on translating and distributing Scripture to unreached language communities.

Chief Financial Officer | Director of Acquisitions

Andy Theronier is a seasoned real estate principal who serves as the financial and strategic cornerstone of Theronier Acquisitions Group. In his dual role as CFO and Director of Acquisitions, he pairs sophisticated financial structuring with a keen eye for identifying high-value, institutional-grade assets across Florida.

Andy's expertise in large-scale capital formation was pivotal in his role on the advisory team that secured $2.4 billion in financing for the landmark Orlando World Live Smart City initiative. His strategic vision also extends to ground-up development, evidenced by his successful acquisition of a 30-acre site for the "Bridgewater" multifamily community. In that deal, he not only managed the purchase but also engineered a key management partnership to guarantee a successful lease-up before development.

This unique blend of financial acumen and acquisition strategy was cultivated during his time as a Principal and Co-Founder of Greystone Group Inc. There, he structured complex deals for a sophisticated clientele, including prominent family offices and development firms like SJC Acquisition Group and Palmetto Capital Group.

Today, he brings this comprehensive, entrepreneurial perspective to Theronier Acquisitions Group, driving the firm’s growth by identifying and executing premier investment opportunities.

Outside of his professional commitments, Andy is a devoted husband and father who finds the greatest reward in his family.

Senior Transaction Coordinator

Tremone Smith serves as the Senior Transactions Coordinator for Theronier Acquisitions Group, where she is responsible for ensuring the seamless and meticulous execution of every real estate transaction from contract to close. She brings a unique and highly disciplined skill set to the team, crucial for navigating the complexities of the acquisitions process.

Prior to her role at the firm, Tremone dedicated years to a demanding position within a major New York State municipal agency. In this high-volume environment, she was tasked with managing and verifying vast amounts of documentation, where precision was paramount. It was there she perfected her distinct attention to detail and an exceptional ability to identify irregularities within complex data and documents.

This forensic-level skill has transferred directly to her work at Theronier Acquisitions. As Senior Transactions Coordinator, Tremone meticulously reviews purchase agreements, title commitments, closing statements, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance, effectively safeguarding every investment. Drawn by the opportunity to spearhead the firm's Transactions Department, Tremone relocated from New York City to Palm Beach County.

Outside of the office, Tremone is an avid reader. She is also the proud mother of a daughter who is following a similar path, deeply involved in real estate management.
